Building a brand for a leadership programme within the HSE
Background
The Health Service Leadership Academy needed to visualise their new innovative education programme for leaders in healthcare. The Academy’s purpose is to create a health service that puts patients, service users, carers and communities at the heart of everything they do. The Leadership Academy serves to develop leaders, at every level and from every profession, who can help lead that change.

The Result
We created a new brand identity and developed visual language to support the Academy’s innovative and collaborative approach to learning. The brand identity reflects the different strands of health care services coming together, with a real focus to deliver. There is strength and focus in the mark and the typeface compliments this modern, refined and hi-tech approach to learning. The supporting brand imagery shows staff and patients working together in an engaging and compassionate manner, which reflects the HSE’s values of care, compassion, trust and learning.
